5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases made through Sweet Jays are subject to our pricing listed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@sweetjays.com with your order details. Sweet Jays reserves the right to refuse a refund at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sweet Jays platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Sweet Jays or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "Sweet Jays" name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of Sweet Jays. You may not use any Sweet Jays trademarks without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate trademark, copyright, and other laws.
